1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

2. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart available on the product photo (last slide). If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for size consultation.

3. Can I exchange or return an item?
Items that have been received by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned if they match the order placed.
If the item received is not in accordance with the order, exchanges or returns are allowed by providing photos and an unboxing video as proof.

4. Will the product color be the same as shown in the photos?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
